Reservation and payments
- The rental agreement can be entered into via our website www.bbachterdekan.nl, by telephone or by e-mail.
- The conditions apply to all users of B&B Achter de Kan, address: Achter de Kan 3A, 5211 GM, 's-Hertogenbosch.
- These general terms and conditions come into effect when you enter into a booking agreement.
- Reservations can only be made by persons who have a permanent place of residence or residence and are at least 18 years or older.
- We are not liable for damage, loss or theft of property belonging to our guests.
- In case of disputes, (legal) costs are for the account of guests; this also applies to risks related to a stay.
- In case of violation of these general terms and conditions, failure to follow instructions / house rules and in case of inappropriate behavior, access to B&B Achter de Kan can be denied and / or refused with immediate effect, without further notice and statement of reasons and without refund of accommodation costs.
- During holidays we use increased overnight rates.
- We do not rent a 3-person room.
Payment - The accommodation costs must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival, or if the booking is made within 2 weeks before arrival, it must be paid immediately.
- Checking in
- You can check in via a key safe with a code or by making an appointment.
- The rooms are always ready from 14:00.
- B&B at Achter de Kan works with electronic keys. Loss must be reported immediately and if the key cannot be found, an amount of € 20 will be charged.
- Check-out is until 11:00 am.
- Unfortunately we do not have a luggage storage room.
