Booking and Payments



  • The rental agreement can be entered into via our website www.bbachterdekan.nl, by telephone or by e-mail.

  • The terms and conditions apply to all users of B&B Achter de Kan, address: Achter de Kan 3A, 5211 GM, 's-Hertogenbosch.

  • By entering into a booking agreement, these general terms and conditions come into effect.

  • Booking can only be made by persons who have a fixed residence or place of stay and are at least 18 years old.

  • We are not liable for damage, loss or theft of our guests' property.

  • In the event of disputes, (legal) costs will be borne by the guests; this also applies to risks related to a stay.

  • By violating these general terms and conditions, not following instructions/household regulations and engaging in inappropriate behavior, access to B&B Achter de Kan can be denied immediately and/or refused without further notice or reason and without reimbursement of accommodation costs.

  • We charge higher overnight rates on public holidays.

  • We do not rent out 3-person rooms.

    Payment 

  • The accommodation costs must be paid at the latest 2 weeks before arrival, or if the booking is made within 2 weeks of arrival, directly.


  • Check-in

  • Check-in can be done via a key safe with a code or by making an appointment.

  • The rooms are always ready from 14:00 hours. 

  • B&B Achter de Kan uses electronic keys. Loss must be reported immediately and if the key is not found, an amount of € 20 will be charged.

  • Check-out can be done until 11:00 hours.

  • We regret that we do not have a luggage storage room.
